Registration Options

Advertising in the Conference Program

Promote your organization in our full-color program, distributed to all attendees.

¼ Page Ad – $125 – Quarter-page ad inside the program.
½ Page Ad – $150 – Half-page ad inside the program.
Full Page Ad – $275 – Full-page ad inside the program.
Inside Front Cover – $525 – Premium placement inside the front cover (includes one exhibitor table).
Inside Back Cover – $525 – Premium placement inside the back cover (includes one exhibitor table).
Outside Back Cover – $525 – Prime visibility on the back cover (includes one exhibitor table).

Note: Some advertisement options include table space.

Exhibitor Tables

Showcase your products and services to 300+ Georgia educators.

Single Exhibitor Table – $250
One 6-ft table with 2 chairs, name listed in program.
Double Exhibitor Tables – $500
Two 6-ft tables with 2 chairs each, name listed in program.

(Premium table locations are reserved for Diamond/Platinum sponsors.)

Thursday, February 4, 2027: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, February 5, 2027: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Breakdown

Saturday, February 6, 2027: 12:00 PM

Your Table Includes

One display table (3’ x 6’)
Two chairs

Advertising in the Conference Program

Submit camera-ready copy to Alisha Hill (alishahillphd@gmail.com) by December 22, 2025.
Submit half-tones and copy only.
Make your payment on the GCTE website by January 5, 2027.
Advertisers purchasing inside or outside covers will receive one complimentary table.

Sponsorship Opportunities

By sponsoring GCTE 2026, your organization will have the opportunity to engage directly with 300+ Georgia educators, showcase your commitment to literacy and learning, and gain year-long visibility across our statewide ELA community.

Sponsorship Payments

Submit payment on the GCTE website by January 5, 2027.
Send confirmation to Alisha Hill (alishahillphd@gmail.com) indicating the day and time of your sponsorship.
All sponsors will be recognized at the sponsored event with signage and acknowledgment in the convention program.

Goods/Services Contributions (donations, door prizes, “swag” items, etc)

These items add significantly to the conference and are always well received by attendees. Your participation is welcomed and encouraged!

If your organization would like to contribute items for registration packets, please bring at least 300 items.
If you would like to contribute items for door prizes, please bring these as well.
