Membership Options
Join GCTE
Individuals can join GCTE by completing the online application below or the hard copy membership form and mailing it with payment to:

Please register with a permanent, personal email address.
Institutional Membership Level 1
Group rate for 5 to 9 members is $20 per person ($120 to $180 total) per year in support of a single school or department.
Institutional Membership Level 2
Group rate for 10+ members is $15 per person ($150+) per year in support of a district or large school.
✅ Key Steps in the Institutional Membership Process
- District Leader Completes a Google Form — Includes contact info, membership level, teacher count, and CSV upload.
- GCTE Reviews Submission — Confirms number of teachers and calculates total due (e.g., 12 × $15 = $180).
- Invoice is Sent — GCTE Treasurer or designee sends invoice via Wild Apricot.
- District Pays Invoice — Once paid, GCTE proceeds with onboarding.
- Members are Uploaded into Wild Apricot — Membership Director or Tech Director uses the CSV form to bulk upload new members.
- Confirmation & Welcome Emails Sent — Coordinator gets confirmation, teachers get log-in instructions and next steps.
