Conference Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be made by January 1, 2026 in order to receive a 75% refund of the total registration fee paid. Substitution of personnel is recommended in lieu of cancellation. Pre-registrants who fail to cancel by the deadline, fail to attend, or fail to send a substitute are liable for the total registration fee. To cancel a pre-registration, email Heather Barton (dr.heather.barton@gmail.com).
Payment: Payment is due upon registration. Attendees can settle their registration invoice with a credit card payment through the GCTE website. Payment may also be mailed to the address below. Please note: all mailed registration payments must be received by Friday, January 30, 2026. (Deadline for school system checks is February 27, 2026.)
