If you are paying by PO:

• Enter your PO number and upload the document during registration.
• If you download an invoice for PO processing, make sure to upload your PO by December 15, 2025.
• Registrations without an uploaded PO by December 15, 2025 are not guaranteed.
• If no PO is on file by that date, a credit card payment may be required to pick up your badge or attend any sessions or meals.

💳 Payment

All registration and event fees must be paid within 30 days of the conference.

If paying by check without a PO, please mail your check by December 15, 2025 to avoid cancellation.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted via email to the GCTE Treasurer at mateusbrown25@gmail.com.

• Before December 15, 2025: 25% of registration fee service charge.
• January 1 – January 15, 2026: 50% of registration fee service charge.
• After January 15, 2026: No refunds will be given due to our status as a non-profit organization funded by teachers for teachers.
