If you are paying by PO:
- Enter your PO number and upload the document during registration.
- If you download an invoice for PO processing, make sure to upload your PO by December 15, 2025.
- Registrations without an uploaded PO by December 15, 2025 are not guaranteed.
- If no PO is on file by that date, a credit card payment may be required to pick up your badge or attend any sessions or meals.

All registration and event fees must be paid within 30 days of the conference.
If paying by check without a PO, please mail your check by December 15, 2025 to avoid cancellation.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted via email to the GCTE Treasurer at
mateusbrown25@gmail.com.
- Before December 15, 2025: 25% of registration fee service charge.
- January 1 – January 15, 2026: 50% of registration fee service charge.
- After January 15, 2026: No refunds will be given due to our status as a non-profit organization funded by teachers for teachers.
